Book an initial consultation:
Our booking system allows you to see my availability, so go ahead and find a slot which works for you and book in a free initial consultation. There's nothing to be nervous about, it's an informal online chat for us to meet and explore a little more as to how you ended up searching for support. If you're happy with how this goes, you can fill in some paperwork and get your therapy journey going. I can then get working behind the scenes tailoring your unique therapy plan.
Book your first appointment:
You can now go ahead and book your first appointment using our online booking system. This will be face-to-face in my Wilpshire practice and you should aim to give yourself 60-90 minutes of relaxing time. You'll be given techniques to use, a full hypnotherapy script/EFT sitting and then a discussion at the end to how the session went so that your therapy plan can be adapted. For hypnotherapy, you'll be given an MP3 to listen to between appointments.
