Hypnotherapy

Clinical hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis and is a completely different experience from what you may have seen or heard about previously. Hypnosis is hard-wired into us and is a completely natural state. It’s very common and can be when daydreaming or deeply relaxed. You can even be in hypnosis during most of the day whilst completing autopilot tasks.

Hypnosis is working in your subconscious, and this is where the positive changes will take place. During the session, you will hear what is being said, although you may not remember everything. Whilst you’re in hypnosis, you will be in a very relaxed state, and you will be guided by my voice. Your subconscious will be open and receptive to the suggestions given to you to promote positive change.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for both physical pain and emotional distress. It can also be simply known as "tapping" and combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern Psychology. EFT offers a gentle method of releasing blockages throughout the body, restoring a feeling of balance to your energy system flowing through you. I'll guide you through tapping on specific meridian points whilst highlighting challenging emotions or thoughts, releasing negative energy and empowering you to emotional freedom.
